RNW Media is looking for a:

Trainer Expert

In a challenging, international and dynamic environment   

32 hours/week, hybrid/Haarlem, temporary contract for 6 months, starting asap  

 

Purpose of the position 

The Trainer Expert is responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a sustainable trainer network that aligns with RNW Media’s training objectives. This role ensures continuous professional development for trainers, maintains quality assurance, and integrates best practices into training methodologies and materials.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Set guidelines for trainer recruitment and build a pool of qualified trainers to meet organizational needs;
  • Train new trainers on methodologies and facilitate peer-to-peer learning opportunities;
  • Manage trainer contracts, invoicing, and administrative processes efficiently;
  • Oversee trainer performance evaluations and use feedback for quality improvements;
  • Conduct post-course feedback sessions and integrate outcomes as necessary to improve quality of trainings;
  • Promote engagement and knowledge-sharing among trainers through The Vine.

 

What you bring  

  • Master’s degree in Education, HR, Learning & Development, or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in curriculum design, learning methodologies, and training coordination;
  • Proven experience as a trainer and trainer of trainers;
  • Strong expertise in recruiting, assessing, and developing trainers;
  • Proficiency in contract management, invoicing, and CRM/SharePoint tools;
  • Ability to analyze training data for impact assessment and continuous improvement;
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.

At RNW Media we have a competitive Compensation & Benefits package. This job is graded in salary scale 7 (€ 3.204,84 – € 4.485,96). Your salary will be dependent on experience and expertise. We offer a temporary 6 month contract.
